If you purchase something full price from our online store you may return it in it’s original, unworn condition and original packaging for a full refund – but not including shipping – if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. If you purchase a sale item from our online store you may return it for exchange or credit only – if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We must receive your authorised return within 21 days from the day we dispatched it from customers in the UK and within 34 days from the day we dispatched it from customers outside of the UK. Returns received outside these periods may not be accepted, so please allow enough time for your goods to get back to us.

Packages will not be accepted without an RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package. Please also enclose your RA number in the returned package specifying whether you require a refund or exchange.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse so please ensure they are properly packaged to prevent damage in transit. Goods will be inspected on receipt for eligibility for return.
If you are outside the UK we recommend shipping your return via courier such as DHL, FedEx or UPS. It is important that you also ensure that adequate insurance cover is taken out with the courier. We are not responsible for any packages lost while being returned. You must obtain a tracking number as proof of posting.

All refunds will be processed once we receive and verify the condition of the returned items.
If the product you have received from us is damaged, faulty or does not match the description given at the time of sale, you can return them to us for an exchange or refund (including the cost of posting), so long as the product is received within 21 days of your receiving.
You also have the right to cancel your order before we dispatch it under the terms of the UK’s distance selling regulations.
